The 2018 Pha Le Le - Lan Pan Exhibition takes place at the raspberry hill in La Pan Tan commune, Mu Cang Chai district. This is the first cultural event held in Vietnam. Crystal candles by landscape artists Andy Cao and Xavier Perrot, Yen Bai Province Architects and many others participated in the implementation.

Crystal has been held in Austria, Germany and Australia. Together with the event, Yen Bai will organize flying paragliding "Waterfall" on Khau Phu mountain through many terraced fields, in which "double flight" will be an exciting experience for early registration visitors ( 100 pairs).
