Hoi An International Food Festival (3rd in 2018), but still retain the attraction for domestic and international customers. This year, 12 chefs from Switzerland, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Holland, Cook Island, Japan, France, China, Ecuador, France and Italy joined Turn the dishes their own way.
